We use Kagoshima eels that have been raised in an environment blessed with abundant nature and a warm climate, using abundant groundwater pumped up from the high-quality shirasu plateau of the Osumi Peninsula.Eels raised in this famous water have no odor and are plump. The sauce is made using carefully selected honjozo soy sauce and traditional mirin, in order to achieve richness, aroma, and flavor.We offer regular, high-grade and extra-high-grade unaju bento (each with a different amount of eel)
